By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.
We operate a dual-approach system to ensure legal compliance while providing enhanced services:

All payments are securely processed through Paystack Ghana in compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations.
Refunds are available for:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days with supporting evidence.
We fully comply with Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) requirements.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data.
Our model operates within Labour Act boundaries:
These Terms are governed by Ghanaian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Ghanaian courts.
