We operate a dual-approach system to ensure legal compliance while providing enhanced services:

Free Applications

All candidates can apply to jobs without any payment requirement:

  • Basic application submission
  • Standard placement in applicant pool
  • Equal consideration by employers
  • Full Labour Act compliance

Premium Verified Applications (GHS 50)

Optional enhanced services for serious applicants:

  • Quality Verification Badge: Employers see you're a verified serious applicant
  • Priority Placement: Your application moves to the top of employer review lists
  • Enhanced Visibility: Highlighted in applicant listings
  • Human Review: Manual verification of application completeness

This GHS 50 fee is for premium verification services only, not job access.

3.2 Premium Services

Optional paid services to enhance your job search:

Application Boosting

  • Professional Boost (GHS 120): 30-day priority placement
  • Enterprise Boost (GHS 200): 90-day maximum visibility

4. Employer Services

4.1 Job Posting

Employers pay GHS 100 per job listing, which remains active until manually removed.

4.2 Candidate Access

Employers pay GHS 25 per candidate profile unlock to view full contact details.

5. Payment & Refunds

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Paystack Ghana in compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations.

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available for:

  • Technical failures preventing service delivery
  • Duplicate or erroneous payments
  • Services not rendered as described
  • Failed transactions per Electronic Transactions Act

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days with supporting evidence.

6. Data Protection

6.1 Compliance

We fully comply with Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) requirements.

6.2 Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data.

7. Legal Compliance

7.1 Labour Act Adherence

Our model operates within Labour Act boundaries:

  • Free job application access for all candidates
  • Premium fees for optional enhanced services only
  • No employment placement fees charged to candidates

7.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ghanaian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Ghanaian courts.
